The Avtoprovod Schuchin Plant OJSC has been taking a leading position on the market of cable goods for more than 45 years. The enterprise has mastered the production of more than 100 types of cable goods with copper and aluminium conductors. The production has been certified for its meeting safety and fire safety requirements. The workshop of wiring harness manufactures automotive engineering wiring harness for Minsk Tractor Plant, Minsk Automobile Plant, Belarusian Automobile Plant, etc.

At present, the priority guidelines of a development strategy of the Avtoprovod Schuchin Plant is the improvement of quality of administrative and production processes at the enterprise, as well as mastering and introduction of new types of products which are produced according to the international standards.

A lot of attention is given to a quality control system. In 1998 we were pioneers in the field of cable production who introduced a quality control system and certificated it in compliance of the ISO 9002:1994 international standard. In 2003 a quality management system for the production of cables, wires, cords with plastic insulation as well as wiring harnesses according to ISO 9001:2000 and GOST Ð ISO 9001-2001 was launched at the enterprise. The certification allows providing a high quality of standard products as well as product development under custom designs. There is an accredited laboratory at the plant. It exercises the quality control of the accessories and raw materials necessary for the complete cycle of the production process.

A high quality of our products is dictated by a constantly increasing demand. Our enterprise is still one of the leading suppliers of connecting wires and cords, wires of the MGShV and NV assembly marks, wires for domestic use, flexible unisolated wires, car-and-tractor wires. In recent years, we mastered the production of some new cable goods, such as self-carrying insulated wires for air suspension of the SIP1 and SIP2 marks; cables of the MKSh and MKESh, KMVV and KMPV assembly marks; heating wires of the PNSV marks; flexible power cables for nonstationary cabling with insulation and covering made of styrene thermoplastic elastomer of the KGTP mark; flat cables for lifts and elevators of the KVPL mark, the SBPu, SBZPu, SBP, SBVG, SBVGng cables for signalling and blockage, cables designed for lines of interoffice and subscriber communications KSPP, KSPZP, wires and cords for voltage rating up to 450 V, certified by the VDE Testing and Certification Institute (Germany):

• HO3VVH2-F 2x0.5÷0.75 mm2 the Avtoprovod Schuchin Plant;
• HO5VV-F 3x0.75÷2.5 mm2 the Avtoprovod Schuchin Plant.
