Structure
- ТA copper or aluminium solid conductor of 1st class in accordance with GOST 22483-77. - Insulation is made of polyvinylchloride elastron (PVC) - Twisting: insulated cable conductors are twisted. There is a countable pair in each lay, the insulated conductors of which differ from one another and from the other conductors in colour. - A shell is made of PVC elastron.
Technical characteristics
- The climatic performance of cables is NF, categories of arrangement 1-5 in accordance with GOST 15150-69. - An operating ambient temperature is from -50°С to +50°С - The relative air humidity is 98 % at a temperature of +35°С - The nominal width of insulation is 0.6 mm for conductors with sections of 2.5 mm - The electrical resistance of conductor insulation recalculated for 1 km long, at a temperature of 20°С, is not less than 10 MOhm - A long-term admissible temperature of conductor heating is no more than +70°С - Cables are resistant to assembly bending - The bending radius of cables with copper conductors while cabling at the ambient temperature, which is not below 0°С, is not less than 3 cable diameters - A factory wire length is not less than 150 m - A guaranty service life is 3 years from the date of putting cables into operation - A lifetime of wires is not less than 15 years, if cabling in locations, canals, tunnels, it is not less than 25 years. |
