Structure
- A copper conductor is of 5th class in accordance with GOST 22483. The direction of twisting of neighbouring conductors must be left-hand and right-hand in turn. - Insulation is made of polyvinylchloride elastron of distinctive colouring. Insulation of an earth conductor must be green-yellow. Insulated conductors must have colour marking or numerical tagging, an earth conductor has no numerical tagging. - Insulated conductors must be composed by groups from 2 to 5. Their composition must correspond to the table below:

There must be a ripping thread in each group of conductors placed in the middle of the group. - Sheath is made of polyvinylchloride elastron. A gap between neighbouring groups of conductors must be not less than 0.6 mm wide.
Technical Characteristics
- The climatic performance of cables is NF 3.1 in accordance with GOST 15150-69. - Service temperature range is from -20°С to +70°С. - Relative air humidity is up to 98% at a temperature of +35°С. - Loosely hanged cable can be 50 m long to the maximum. - Velocity of lifts and hoists must be no more than 1.6 km/s. - A maximum service temperature of electric conductors is no more than 70°С. - The resource of cables must equal 1,000,000 trips at a minimum bending radius. - The electrical resistance of conductor insulation, recalculated for 1 km long, at a temperature of 20°С, is not less than 20 MOhm. - A factory cable length is not less than 45 m. - A lifetime, during which we can guarantee a resource and storageability, is not less than 12 years. - The warranty lifetime is determined by a cable resource but it is no more than 2 years since the date of putting cables into operation. |
