Structure

- Conductor:
VVG - a solid copper conductor of 1st class, conductors with sections up to 6.0 mm2 inclusive, and a stranded conductor of 2nd class, conductors with sections from 16.0 to 35.0 mm2 in accordance with GOST 22483
VVG-P - a solid copper conductor of 1st class, conductors with sections up to 6.0 mm2 in accordance with GOST 22483
VVG-1 - a copper stranded conductor of 2nd and 3rd classes of high flexibility in accordance with GOST 22483
ÀVVG and ÀVVG-P - a solid aluminium conductor of 1st class in accordance with GOST 22483
ÀVVG-1 - a solid aluminium conductor of 1st class for conductors with sections up to 10.0 mm2 inclusive, and a stranded conductor of 2nd class for conductors with a section from 16 mm2

Cables can be produced with main conductors and one zero or ground conductor of a smaller section.

- Insulation of polyvinylchloride elastron
The insulated conductors of multi-conductor cables have distinctive coloring. The insulation of zero conductors is blue. The insulation of ground conductors is two-coloured: green-yellow. A combined coloring is possible.

- Twisting:
VVG, VVG-1, ÀVVG, ÀVVG-1 are twisted
VVG-P and ÀVVG-P are insulated conductors laid up on one plane

- A shell of polyvinylchloride elastron.

Technical characteristics

- The climatic performance of the cables: VVG, ÀVVG, VVG-P, ÀVVG-P is NF and Ò, categories of arrangement 1 and 5; the climatic performance of the cables VVG-1 and ÀVVG-1 is N, categories of arrangement 1, 2, 3 in accordance with GOST 15150-69.
- The exploitation temperature range is from -50°Ñ to +50°Ñ
- The relative air humidity is up to 98 % at a temperature up to +35°Ñ
- Cable installation without any preliminary preheating should be made at a temperature not below -15°Ñ
- Rated frequency is 50 Hz
- Test alternating voltage with the frequency of 50 Hz:
is 3.0 kV for the voltage of 0.66 kV
is 3.5 kV for the voltage of 1.00 kV
- The permissible continuous heating temperature of cable conductors at their exploitation is +70°Ñ
- The factory length of cables for the sections of main conductors is:
450 m for the sections of main conductors from 2.5 to 16 mm2
300 m for the sections of main conductors from 25 to 70 mm2
200 m for the sections of main conductors from 95 mm2 and more
When delivering in hanks, the factory length of cables must be agreed upon between a customer and a manufacturer.
- A guaranty service life is 5 years from a date of putting cables into operation
- Lifetime is 30 years.

Flexible power cables with copper conductors with PVC insulation and a shell for the voltage of 660 V are intended for connection of movable mechanisms to electrical networks for the nominal alternating voltage of 660 V.

Structure

- Conductor: A copper stranded conductor of 5th class in accordance with GOST 22483
- Insulation of polyvinylchloride elastron. The insulated conductors have distinctive coloring. The coloring of twin-core cables is not normalized.
- Twisting: insulated conductors are twisted together. The twisting in five-core cables is fulfilled around an insulating cord of polyvinylchloride elastron.
- A shell is of polyvinylchloride elastron. The shell is black.
- The exploitation temperature range is from -40°Ñ to +70°Ñ
- The relative air humidity at a temperature of +35°Ñ is 95 %
- Cables are resistant to the action of the lower ambient temperature of -40?Ñ
- A permissible continuous heating temperature of conductors at exploitation is no more than +75°Ñ
- The electrical resistance of conductor insulation, recalculated for 1 km long, at a temperature of 20°Ñ is:
is 14 MOhm for the section of 0.75 mm2
is 12 MOhm for the sections of 1.0 and 1.5 mm2
is 10 MOhm for the sections of 2.5 and 4.0 mm2
is 9 MOhm for the section of 6.0 mm2
is 7 MOhm for the sections of 10.0 mm2 and more.
- The cable must stand the test of alternating voltage of 2.5 kV, frequency of 50 Hz during 5 minutes without immersion into water.
- The factory length of a cable is not less than:
150 m for the sections of main conductors up to 35.0 mm2
100 m for the sections of main conductors from 50 mm2 and more
- A guarantee service life is 2 years from a date of putting cables into operation.

- Twisting: insulated conductors are twisted together. Twisting is made around an insulating cord of the Flexogran composition or polyvinylchloride elastron in five-core cables.
- A shell is the Flexogran composition. The shell is black.

Technical characteristics

- The climatic performance of cables is NF, category of arrangement 1 in accordance with GOST 15150-69.
- The range of exploitation temperatures is from -60°Ñ to +75°Ñ
- The relative air humidity at a temperature of +35°Ñ is 95%
- The cable is resistant to the action of the lower ambient temperature of -60°Ñ
- A permissible continuous heating temperature of conductors at exploitation is no more than +75°Ñ
- The electrical resistance of conductor insulation, recalculated for 1 km long, at a temperature of 20°Ñ, is not less than 50 MOhm
- The cable must stand the test of alternating voltage of 2.5 kV, frequency of 50 Hz during 5 minutes without immersion into water, except for single-core cables. Single-core cables must stand the test of alternating voltage of EI-2 category in accordance with GOST 23286
- The factory length of cables is not less than:
150 m for the sections of main conductors up to 35.0 mm
100 m for the sections of main conductors from 50 mm and more
- A guarantee service life is 2 years from a date of putting cables into operation.

- Twisting: insulated conductors of two-, three-, four-, five-core cables must be twisted together. The twisting of insulated conductors of five-core cables is allowed around an insulating cord of PVC elastron.
- A shell is grey, made of polyvinylchloride elastron

Technical characteristics

- The climatic performance of cables is N, category of arrangement 1 in accordance with GOST 15150-69.
- The range of exploitation temperatures is from -35°Ñ to +50°Ñ
- The relative humidity of air is up to 95% at a temperature of +35°Ñ
- The permissible continuous heating temperature of conductors at exploitation is no more +70°Ñ, and the maximum permissible temperature of conductors in case of a short circuit is +160°Ñ. The duration of short circuit must not exceed 4 sec.
- The electrical resistance of conductor insulation, recalculated for 1 km long, at a temperature of 20°Ñ, is not less than:
12 MOhm for a section of 1.5 mm2
10 MOhm for sections of 2.5 and 4.0 mm2.
