- The insulation of SIP-1 and SIP-1А is made of light-stabilized thermoplastic polyethylene, the insulation of SIP-2 and SIP-2А is made of light-stabilized cross-linked polyethylene.
Technical characteristics
- The climatic performance of wires is NF, categories of arrangement 1, 2, 3 in accordance with GOST 15150-69. - Wires are resistant to the action of the solar radiation, which can be characterized by the integrated heat flux density of 1120 W/m2±10%, including density of ultraviolet spectrum. - Wires are resistant to bending at a temperature of -40°С - Wire installation and wiring work must be carried out at an ambient temperature of not below -20°С - Allowable effort in a zero conductor at tension and at exploitation is no more than 45 N/mm2 - Insulated wire conductors stand a test by the alternating voltage of 3.5 kV, frequency of 50 Hz for transmission - Wires, after being exposed in water at a temperature of 20±10°С for not less than 10 minutes, stand a test of the alternating voltage with frequency of 50 Hz during 5 mines, which is: 2.5 kV for wires of the marks SIP-1 and SIP-1А 4.0 kV for wires of the marks SIP-2 and SIP-2А - Wires stand a test of the alternating voltage of 4.0 kV, frequency of 50 Hz, within 1 hour - The permissible heating temperature of conductors at exploitation must not exceed the following values: for SIP-1 and SIP-1А: 70°С at a normal mode 80°С at overload conditions of 8 hours per day or less 135°С at a short circuit with short circuit current flow during 5 sec for SIP-2 and SIP-2А: 90°С at a normal mode 130°С at overload conditions of 8 hours per day or less 250°С at a short circuit with short circuit current flow during 5 sec - A factory wire length must be agreed while ordering - A guaranty service life is 3 years from the date of putting cables into operation - A lifetime of wires is 25 years |
