Adjusting wire with copper conductors with polythene insulation in a polyethylene shell is intended for connection of engines submersible into water, which work in artesian wells for a long time, to electrical networks for voltage rating up to 380V AC, frequency of 50 Hz.

Structure
- A copper conductor corresponds to 2nd class in accordance with GOST 22483-77. Conductors with sections of 25, 35, 50, 70 mm2 are made of 19 wires. - The insulation is polyethylene. - The cover is polyethylene. Wires can be manufactured in a single-layer insulation-protective shell of light-proof polyethylene, at that the nominal width of the insulation-protective shell is equal to the sum of nominal widths of insulation and the shell.
Technical characteristics
- The climatic performance of wires is NF, categories of arrangement 1, 2 and 5 in accordance with GOST 15150-69 - Wires are resistant to the action of an ambient temperature from -40°С to +80°С - Wires are resistant to the high operating pressure of 7.09x106 Pa - Wires are to be mounted at a temperature not below -40°С - Wires stand the test of alternating current voltage with the frequency of 50 Hz during 5 minutes after soaking in water for 3 hours:
at acceptance and delivery: wires for the voltage rating of 380 V - 2000 V wires for the voltage rating of 660 V - 2500 V
during an operating period and a period of storage: wires for the voltage rating of 380 V - 1000 V wires for the voltage rating of 660 V - 1250 V - The electrical resistance of wire insulation, measured after 3 h of soaking in water and recalculated for 1 km long and a temperature of 20°С, is not less than:
at acceptance and delivery: wires for the voltage rating of 380 V - 1000 MOhm wires for the voltage rating of 660 V - 2500 MOhm
during an operating period and a period of storage: wires for the voltage rating of 380 V - 100 MOhm wires for the voltage rating of 660 V - 250 MOhm
- The average durability of wires: at a temperature of 50°С is not less than 32000 h at a temperature of 65°С is not less than 20000 h at a temperature of 80°С is not less than 16000 h
- A guaranty service life is 2.5 years since the date of putting into operation - An average lifetime is 6 years. |
