Structure
- A conductor is made of copper wires of 5th class in accordance with GOST 22483 - The insulation is double-layer. The first layer is made of cross-linked polyethylene, it is superimposed by swaging. The second layer is made of polyvinylchloride elastron.
Technical Characteristics
- The climatic performance of cable: NF, category of arrangement 1 in accordance with GOST 15150-69. - The operating ambient temperature is from -60°С to +40°С - Relative air humidity is 98% at a temperature of +35°С - PVC cable insulation is resistant to deformation at a temperature of +70±2°С - The electrical resistance of conductor insulation, recalculated for 1 km long, is not less than 250 MOhm at a temperature of 20°С; 3 MOhm at a temperature of 70°С. - A long-term admissible temperature of conductor heating is no more than +70°С - After being immersed into water for 8 hours, cables must stand a voltage test of 5 kV and the frequency of 50 Hz during 5 minutes. - A factory cable length is not less than 100 m. Delivery of cables of any length is possible, if agreed upon with a customer. - A lifetime is 1.5 years from a date of production and 6 months from the date of putting cables into operation. |
