Adjusting wires with copper or aluminium conductors with insulation of polyvinylchloride elastron, intended for electric installations at stationary wiring in lighting and power mains, as well as for the assembling of electrical equipment of machines, mechanisms and machine-tools for voltage rating up to 450 V, frequency up to 400 Hz or constant voltage up to 1000 V.

Flat adjusting wires with copper or aluminium conductors with PVC insulation and a dividing base.

Structure

- Conductor:
APV - an aluminium solid conductor of 1st class for conductors with sections from 2.5 to 16 mm2, or a stranded conductor of 2nd class for conductors with sections of 25.0 and 95.0mm2 in accordance with GOST 6323-79
PV-1 - a copper solid conductor of 1st class with a section from 0.5 to 16.0 mm in accordance with GOST 6323-79
PV-3 - a copper stranded conductor of 2nd, 3rd or 4th classes for conductors with sections from 0.5 to 1.5 mm2, of 4th class for conductors with sections from 2.5 to 4.0 mm2, of 3rd class for conductors with sections from 6.0 to 95.0 mm2 in accordance with GOST 6323-79
PV-4 - a copper stranded conductor of 5th class for conductors with sections of 0.5 and 0.75 mm2, of 4th and 5th classes for conductors with sections of 1.0 and 1.5 mm2, of 5th class for conductors with sections of 2.5 and 4.0 mm2, of 4th and 5th classes for conductors with sections of 6.0 and 10.0 mm2 in accordance with GOST 6323-79
PPV - a copper solid conductor of 1st class in accordance with GOST 6323-79
APPV - an aluminium solid conductor of 1st class in accordance with GOST 6323-79

PPV and APPV have conductors laid in parallel, with a dividing band base
PV and APV is of various colours, the coloring is even or consists of two longitudinal strips on the insulation of a natural colour, placed diametrically. The insulation of the single-core wires used only for the purposes of earth connection, is green-yellow.

Technical characteristics

- The climatic performance of wires is MU and F, category of arrangement 2 according to GOST 15150-69
- Wires are resistant to the action of an ambient temperature from -50?Ñ to +70°Ñ
- Wires are resistant to the action of the relative air humidity of 100 % at a temperature of +35°Ñ
- Wires are resistant to the action of mould fungi
- Wires are resistant to the action of mechanical shocks, linear acceleration, bending, acoustic noise, vibrational loading
- Wires are to be mounted at a temperature not below -15°Ñ
- A long-term admissible temperature of conductor heating is not more than +70°Ñ
- A factory wire length is not less than 100m
- A guaranty service life is 2 years since the date of putting wires into operation
- A lifetime of wires is not less than 15 years.
