Fire-resistant mounting cables with ceramic-forming silicone rubber insulation for industrial data transmission networks

Cables are designed for forming of field data lines, connection of sensors with digital frequency-modulated signal and 4-20 mA signal by interfaces HART, RS485, RS482, RS422 and other interfaces requiring usage of "twisted pair" as data transmission/receiving channel as an option. Rated operational alternating voltage - up to 500 V inclusively, frequency - up to 400 Hz or direct voltage - up to 750 V inclusively.

CONDUCTOR:tinned, copper, stranded. It's allowed to manufacture conductors of copper tinned wires. In this case the wire model name contains letter "л".

Operational temperature range - from -60°С to +80°С.

Cables can be operated in conditions of relative atmospheric humidity of 93% at a temperature of +35°С.

Cables with water blocking tape are resistant to longitudinal water propagation.

Maximal operatingconductor heating temperature shall not exceed +100°С.

Permissible conductor heating temperature at overload shall not exceed +150°С during not longer than 1 hour; +200°С during not longer than 1 minute.

Cables are fire-resistant during not less than 30 minutes.

Protection hose of shielded cables is sealed.

Cables are resistant to bends.

Minimal operating bend radius shall not be less than twentymaximal cable diameters.

Factory length of:

- non-armored cables in common shield - not less than 200 m;

- cables with individually shielded pairs and all armored cables - not less than 100 m;

- other cables - not less than 300 m.

It's allowed to deliver cables with the length of not less than 50 m at a quantity of not more than 10% of total length of supplied batch.

Operational life - not less than 30 years.
