1. Designation

Power wires withpolyvinylchloride insulation for electrical facilities are designed for electrical installations while wiring in lighting and power lines and for mounting of electrical equipment, machines, mechanisms and units with rated alternating voltage up to 380 V (for lines up to 380/660 V) and up to 400 Hz frequencyor direct voltage up to 1000 V.

2. Construction

CONDUCTOR:aluminum, solid.

INSULATION: PVCcompound.Wire insulation has solid color, except wire insulation painted green-and-yellow. Composite painting is made in form of two parallel stripes of two colors.

3. Technical specifications

Wires are resistant to the effect of outer temperature from -60˚Сto +65˚С.

Wires shall be resistant to continuous effect of relative atmospheric humidity up to 98% at ambient temperature up to +35°C

Wires do not spread combustion when single laid.

Maximal permissible conductor heating temperature - not less than +70°С.

Wiring shall be performed at ambient temperature not lower than -10оС.

Minimal wiring and operating bend radius shall not be less than tenwirediameters.

Factory length - not less than 100 m.Supplies of wire pieces of not less than 20 m at a quantity of not more than 10% of batch are allowed.

Average operational life- 10 years.
