1. Designation

Cables are used for mounting of transmitting and receiving antennas of radio and TV stations, in radio communication and location systems, electronics, computers, control systems, television, in various radio frequency installations, for radio frequency device connections.

Cables of following models are manufactured:

RG-6 cable with solid inner conductor of 1.1 mm diameter, with polyethylene foam insulation, with composite outer conductor, with shielding braid coverage of not less than 50%, in polyvinylchloride sheath

2. Construction

INNERCONDUCTOR:copper or tinned copper wire.

INSULATION: low-densitypolyethylene. ForРК 75-3-32А, SAT-50 and  RG-6 - polyethylene foam; for other models - solid.

OUTERCONDUCTOR:aluminoflex and tinned copper wires over insulation for SAT-50 and RG-6 models. Aluminoflex is laid lengthwise over insulation with separator by aluminum side to the outside of the cable. Tinned copper wire braiding is laid over aluminoflex.

Tinned copper wire braiding is laid over the insulation of the models: РК 75-3-32А, РК 75-4-11, РК 75-4-12, РК 75-4-15, РК 75-4-16, РК 75-4-11А, РК 75-4-12А, РК 75-4-15А, РК 75-4-16А, РК 75-4-11АИТ, РК 75-4-15АИТ.

SHEATH:light-stabilizedpolyethylene or PVC compound.

Cables are resistant to the effect of temperature changes from -60°С to +85°С; with PVC compound sheath - from -40°С to +70°С.

Cables are resistant tovibrations, shocks, linear loads, acoustic noises and relative atmospheric humidity up to 98% at a temperature of +35˚С.

Cables are resistant to hoar frost, solar radiation, salt fog, mold, mineral oil, salt water, gasoline, dust.

Factory cable length - not less than 50 m. Minimal pieces length - 5 m.

Operational cable life - not less than 15 years (PE); 8 years (PVC).
