1. Designation

Wires are designed for electrical installations during lighting and power networks hardwiring and for mounting of electrical equipment, machines, units and mechanisms, indoor electrical installations with rated alternating voltage up to 450/750 V and up to 400 Hz frequency or direct voltage up to 1000 V inclusively for wires and rated alternating voltage up to 300/500 Vinclusivelyand up to 400 Hz frequency for cables.

Wire and cable models and their definitions shall correspond to the details given in the table below:

2. Construction

CONDUCTOR:copper, solid;

INSULATION: PVC compound. For ng(А)-LS-PVC wires and cable - flame-retardant PVC compound with low gas and fume emission. Insulated conductors have distinctive coloring.

SHEATH:  PVC compound. For ng(А)-LS-PVC wires and cable - flame-retardant PVC compound with low gas and fume emission.

NUMBER OF CONDUCTORS:wires: 1,2,3; cables: 2,3,4,5.

3. Technical specifications

Insulation electrical resistance for a length of 1 km at a temperature of +20°С shall be not less than 5 MΩ.

Wires are resistant to the effects of mechanical shocks, linear acceleration, folds, vibrations, acoustic noises, mold.

Wires do not spread combustion when single laid; with "ng(А)-LS" index - when laid as harness.

Operating wire bend radius shall not be less than 10 rated diameters for PuV, PuVV wires and KuVV cable and not less than 5 ratedouter diameters for PuGV, PuGVV wires and KuGVV cable. Flat wire bend radius shall not be less than10 ratedouter diameters on the minor axis.

Maximal permissible continuous conductor heating temperature shall not exceed +70°С

Factory wire length - not less than 100 m.

Operational life of wires - not less than 20 years.

PuV wire is equivalent to ПВ1 according to GOST 6323

PuGV wire is equivalent to ПВ4 according to GOST 6323
