Motor-and-tractor wires with polyvinylchloride insulation (hereinafter - "wires") are designed for motor-and-tractor equipment connection to electrical equipment with rated voltage up to 28 V, manufactured for vehicles designed for usage in moderate, tropical and frigid climate.
Wire models, their primary operation area and temperature range of usage as components of harnesses and armored cables correspond to the requirements given in the table below:

For PVA Мand PGVAM models thin-wall insulation is used. Wire insulation can have solid color or combined color (by order). Combined coloring is performed by combining parallel strips of two colors, one of which is basic. There should be one or two secondary colorstrips.
SHIELDING:in wires of PVAE, PGVAE и PGVAEng(S) models the insulated conductors are covered with shielding - braiding with copper wire of 0.12 mmto 0.26 mm rated diameter, tinned with tin-lead solder. For PGVAE, PVAE и PGVAEng(S) models of type Т1 the shielding copper wire is tinned with tin solder. PVAMDE model shielding consists of braiding or winding of copper wire or winding with foiledpolyethyleneterephthalate (lavsan) tape covering.

The wires have thermal stability.
The wires are resistant to the effects of temperature changes:
а) PVA, PVAE, PVAM models: from -40°Сto +105°С;
б) PGLA, PGLAE, PGLAM models: from -40°С to +80°С;
в) PGVA, PGVAE models of type HL1: from -60°С to +80°С;
г) PGVang(S), PGVAEng(S) models: from -40°Сto +70°С;
д) PVAM-1 model: from -40°Сto +125°С.
Wires of PGVAM, PVA, PVAE, PGVA, PGVAE, PGVAng(S), PGVAEng(S) of type HL1 models are resistant to mold damage.
Wires are resistant to shocks, winding, bending, cracking, vibrations, exposure to gasoline, mineral oil and mold.
Wires of PGLA, PGLAE, PGLAM, PVA, PVAE, PVAL, PVALM-1 models do not spread combustion when single laid; models PGVang(S), PGVAEng(S) do not spread combustion when laid as harness.
Factory cable length is not less than 100 m.
Cables operational life is not less than 10 years.
