Mounting cables for industrial telecommunication networks

Cables are designed for forming of field data lines, connection of sensors with digital frequency-modulated signal and 4-20 mA signal by interfaces HART, RS485, RS482, RS422 and other interfaces requiring usage of "twisted pair" as data transmit and receive channel. Rated operational alternating voltage - up to 500 V inclusively, frequency - up to 400 Hz or direct voltage - up to 750 V inclusively, operating temperature range - from -60°Сto +70°С.

Cable models and their definitions shall correspond to the details given in the table below:

INSULATION: PVCcompound; forcables with нг(А)-LS index - flame-retardant PVC compound with low gas and fume emission; for ХЛ1 modifications - cold-resistant compound;

STRAND:insulated conductors are stranded by pairs; pairs are stranded into cable coreby lay or unit stranding. In each lay-up has two meter conductors different in color from each other and any other lay-up conductor.

SHIELDING:copper wire braiding with not less than 65%area coverage. It's allowed to shield the cables with alumoflex and drain wire of tinnedcopper with not less than 0.12 mm² area instead of shielding braid. The shieldedcablemodels areadditionallydesignatedwith "ф". Its allowed to lay the polyethyleneterephthalate tape over stranded pairs.

PROTECTION HOSE:PVC compound, fire-resistantPVC compound, flame-retardant PVC compound insulation with low gas and fume emission, for ХЛ1 modifications - cold-resistant compound.

ARMOR:Cables of models МККШв, МККШвнг(А), МККШвнг(А)-LS, МКЭКШв, МКЭКШвнг(А), МКЭКШвнг(А)-LS, МККШвв, МККШввнг(А), МКЭКШвв, МКЭКШввнг(А) are armored with steel galvanized round wires of 0.3 mm diameter over cable wrapping. Armor coverage is not less than 60%.

NUMBER OF INSULATED CABLE PAIRS: 1, 2, 3,4,5,6,7,8,10,12,14,16,19.

CONDUCTORAREA, mm²:0.5;0.75;1.0;1.5.

Electrical cable insulation resistance for a length of 1 km at a temperature of 20°С shall be not less than 10 MΩ.

Cable is resistant to bends.

Cable does not spread combustion when single laid;

Cables with "нг(А)"и"нг(А)-LS" indexes do not spread combustion when laid as harnesses.

Cable is designed for hardwiring at ambient temperatures from -60°С to +70°С and for mounting bends conditions at ambient temperatures from -15°С to +70°С.

Cable can be operated in conditions of relative atmospheric humidity up to 93% at ambient temperature up to +35°C

The minimum bend radius during installation and operation shall be not less than four maximum cable diameters without armor and not less than six maximum cable diameters with armor.

Maximal conductor operating temperature shall not exceed 70°С.

Factory length of modelsМКШв, МКШвнг(А), МКШвнг(А)-LS, МКШвв, МКШввнг(А) shall be not less than 300m; models МКЭШв, МКЭШвнг(А), МКЭШвнг(А)-LS, МКЭШвв, МКЭШввнг(А) in foil shield -not less than 200 m; models МКЭШв, МКЭШвнг(А), МКЭШвнг(А)-LS, МКЭШвв, МКЭШввнг(А) with pairs in individual shielding and all armored cables - not less than 100 m.

Cable operational life - not less than 30 years.
